The Cottage is in a superb position just a 3 minute walk to the large sandy beach at Lligwy and the all Wales Coastal Path.

A traditional Welsh country cottage situated on the coast in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB).

In 2008 the cottage was renovated and extended retaining many original features including a large inglenook fireplace.

3 BEDROOMSLargest bedroom can have either a super king bed or 2 single beds. There is a view of the countryside. The floor is carpeted.

2 LIVING ROOMS - The Sitting Room; with the large original stone inglenook fireplace, which has a cast iron stove which when lit and the doors open is just like a traditional open fire. It is furnished with a 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, 32” Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.
The Sun Sitting Room/Dining Room; south facing overlooking the larger garden with French doors leading to the patio area and larger garden. It is furnished with two, two seater sofas, a dining table and chairs for 5 people, 32” Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.

2 BATHROOMS - Upstairs has a shower, w.c. and wash hand basin. Shaver socket.
Downstairs has a large separate shower, whirlpool spa bath, w.c. and wash hand basin. Shaver socket.

KITCHEN – fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob and extractor fan.

WASHING MACHINE – there is a washing machine in its own cupboard in the hallway.

2 GARDENS – A small front garden with grass either side of a path leading to the front door.
The larger garden is to the side of the house with a lawn & patio area with a garden table and chairs for 5.
Both gardens are private and sheltered surrounded by hedges.

PARKING - Off road parking available for 2/3 cars.

AMENITIES - Central heating (with individual controls on each radiator) and electricity are included in the holiday cost. There is no gas in the property.
Bed linen and firewood are also supplied.

OTHER INFORMATION – Bathrooms are fully tiled. Carpet only in larger bedroom.
